Home / Check my chip
Find out if your chip can be repaired.
A few taps about the damage and where it is on the glass. You’ll get an answer right away, and you can send the details to a local technician from the same screen.
What makes a chip repairable
- Size. Chips and star breaks smaller than a quarter, including their legs, are usually repairable. Short cracks can be too.
- Location. Damage right at the edge of the glass tends to spread, and some technicians won’t repair directly in the driver’s line of sight.
- Age and dirt. A fresh, clean chip repairs best. Put clear tape over it until it’s fixed.
Best way to know for sure: text a photo with a coin next to the chip to (302) 202-3202.
