What we collect

When you fill out a form, call or text us, we receive your name, phone number and anything else you choose to send, such as your email, town, vehicle, photos of your windshield, notes and insurance company. Calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm service requests. The site also records which page a request came from and, when present, the advertising campaign that brought you here.

Like most websites, the site may use analytics cookies to understand which pages are visited. We don’t use them to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you and arrange your repair. To do that, we share your request, contact details and photos with an independent local auto glass technician who will perform the repair. That technician may call or text you directly and handles your repair under their own policies.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information to data brokers, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep requests as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your repair and for ordinary business records. To ask us to delete your information, call or text (302) 202-3202.

If you text us, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
